  I literally live 1 block away from them but i can't keep sending first class packages through them. I am an online seller, and send many packages on a daily basis. Their main problem is their distribution center in Opalocka, they care less about first class packages, the tracking number gets scan 2 to 3 days later. The only good thing about them is that their priority services are pretty quick. Hopefully they get more complains and as a result they hire more employees in their distribution center.

  This was in 2016 - Bad quality service. I had an emergency and had to talk to them and they did not answer the phone, the line is always busy. This is in january 2018 - I left a package with a prepaid label on the counter as usual almost a week ago and when i check the tracking it says it has not been scanned yet. I called this post office where i left the package, nobody answered, i took my 2 little kids and went to the office to talk to them, they did not even listen to my question, just said the packages are delayed i have to wait and then the "supervisor lady" left me speaking to myself because she had a personal call in her bluetooth ear piece. I took my kids and went home ( in the package was a brand new smartphone). I called them again and finally some lady answered and she just hang up on me in the middle of the question. Awful Awful Awful!
